Westchester County International Day of the Girl Conference (Friday, 10/9/26)

The Westchester County Youth Bureau has invited high school girls throughout Westchester County to come together to be empowered in celebration of International Day of the Girl. The event features engaging and educational workshops, guest speakers, and performances. Established in 2019, it is a day to inspire and empower girls from across Westchester County with a program of interactive experiences. The Westchester County International Day of the Girl (IDG) Conference is inspired by the United Nations’ International Day of the Girl Child, which was established on October 11, 2012, to highlight and uplift girls throughout the world.

LWVW will host a table in celebration of International Day of the Girl. Contact westchesterlwv@gmail.com to volunteer.

Youth must be registered by their high schools to attend this free conference with adult chaperones. Space is limited and registration has closed.
